All maintenance and warranty Information regarding can be found in your homeowners manual. Below is information regarding lawn care, seasonal maintenance tips, and the 10 year, limited structural warranty information.

- Fertilization and pre-emergent is scheduled for the week of April 5, 2010.
- TruGreen is now be responsible for the fertilization process of CIC.
- To request approval for exterior changes, use this form: the Association Modification Request Form

Penn's West
Clubhouse
Rent the Penn's West clubhouse for your holiday functions. Please be advised that resident accounts need to be current in order to rent the clubhouse. Contact Summit Property Management to schedule at 610-871-1707.

Condominium Insurance
- HO6 Policy: For individual condominium owners that occupy the home. It provides coverage for personal property, improvements, and betterments, extra expense (i.e. cost for hotel room in event of a loss) and personal liability.
- HO4 Policy: For tenant of a condominium owner. Similar to HO6
- Condo Master Policy: The master policy covers the entire building and permanent fixtures (cabinets, toilets, counters, heat pumps, etc). The property coverage ceases at the edge of interior walls. Thus, the drywall is covered on the master policy, but wall paper or pictures on wall coverage would be condominium owner's responsibility. The master policy also provides Commercial General Liability coverage which is a defense for any property damage or bodily injury the association may cause due to act of negligence. Included in this policy is Director and Officers Liability.

Fertilization and pre-emergent was completed the week of March 22, 2010.
